The problem

Why the tire pressure light is on

Sometimes it's the tire, sometimes it's the sensor inside it.

The light stays on even after you've added air.
The light flashes, then stays on. That usually means a sensor fault.
One tire keeps going low. That's a leak, not a sensor.

How we fix it

What happens at the shop

We find out which one it is before you pay for a part.

We check the pressure in every tire and look for a leak.
We test the sensors to find the one that's failed.
A new sensor goes in and gets programmed to your car, so the light goes off.
Afterwards

The light off, and the right fix

Sometimes it's a $30 valve stem, not a $120 sensor. One customer found that out:

Very nice people, a family owned business with honest pricing and good vibes. I went in needing a simple valve stem replacement because my tire wouldn’t hold air. They were very accommodating and helpful. I would be happy to give them business if I ever need tires due to them helping me with a small issue.

First time here and had a good experience. Checked out my tires due to low pressure light, patched the issue and I was out of there in 15 minutes. I will be back should I need anything in the future.

Extremely greatful I found this place and am certain there is a reason why they have over 400 reviews all positive. I had an issue with my tire thinning that I needed to get it patched it turns out it was just a pressure issue the shop was nice enough to fill air and regulate all the pressure in my tires and that turned off the sensor in the car. Thank you and you’re appreciated for being honest and fair with me.

Very professional, friendly, helpful, great customer service and very fair prices. Even though they were very busy, my car was done pretty fast. They went extra miles to help me out (matching color center caps, matching color wheel weights!, moving pressure sensors). Coming back for alignment in next few weeks.

Questions

TPMS sensor replacement questions

What people ask before they pull in.

How much does a TPMS sensor cost?

$120 each, installed and programmed to your car.

Why is my tire pressure light still on after I added air?

Either a tire is still low or leaking, or one of the sensors has failed. We check the tires first, then test the sensors.

How much is a valve stem?

$30 without a sensor and $40 with a sensor.

Can I drive with the tire pressure light on?

Check your tires as soon as you can. If one is low, driving on it wears the tire and can damage it.

Do I need an appointment?

No. We're walk-in only, first come, first served, Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm and Saturday 8am to 4pm. Closed Sunday.

Do you offer discounts?

Yes, one per visit with ID: 10% off your first visit, 10% off for Uber and Lyft drivers, or 15% off for military and first responders.
